No experience is required at all this workshop is designed specifically for beginners. I’ll walk you through each step slowly and intentionally, from soldering to shaping to polishing. You’ll get one-on-one guidance throughout the process, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Many guests come in a little nervous and leave amazed at what they created.
Everything you need is provided for you tools, materials, sterling silver, safety gear, and optional stones from my collection. If you’d like to personalize your piece even more, you’re welcome to bring your own cabochon stone. Just make sure it has a flat back so it can be securely set. Otherwise, simply bring yourself and any snacks or drinks you want to enjoy during your session.
Yes! One of the things that makes my business unique is that my entire jeweler’s bench is fully transportable. That means I can set up a complete silversmithing studio right in your home, backyard, or chosen venue. I’ll handle all the setup and cleanup you just focus on having fun and creating your piece.
Each workshop lasts about three hours, which gives us plenty of time to learn the basics, create your design, and finish your piece beautifully. Some sessions run a little shorter or longer depending on the group, but I always make sure you have the time you need to craft something you’re proud of.
The workshop is $50 per person, and that includes all materials, tools, and instruction. This experience is designed to be fun, welcoming, and easy to enjoy whether you’re coming on your own or with others.
This class involves torches, sharp tools, and high-heat soldering. For safety, participants must be 10 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a supervising adult present. If you’re planning a family event or mixed-age group, feel free to reach out I’m always happy to help you decide what will work best.
Life happens! If something comes up, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and I’ll be happy to move your booking or issue a refund. For last-minute changes, I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but availability may be limited since each session is small and personalized.
You absolutely don’t need to be. This workshop is about exploration, creativity, and learning something new not about perfection. Most guests are surprised by how natural the process feels with a little guidance. My job is to help you succeed step-by-step, and I’m right there with you the entire time.
Yes, but I cannot guarantee that all stones that you bring in can be used in the workshop. For best results, google "cabochon" stones to see that we can use with jewelry making. Stones must have a flat back and a gradual curve inwards the closer to the top it goes.
Rings are the most common but certainly not the only style of jewelry you can craft. There are also bracelets, earrings, pendants, bolo ties, pet collars, key chains, and really anything you can draw out, we can bring to life!
